According to Google tranlation software, that's "哈佛大学图书馆（厕所）在30个培训" Is 화장실 it really 厕所? This is their version of the 哈佛图书馆自习室墙上20条 训言--in case you don't know it already the 哈佛图书馆自习室墙上训言 is a fabrication 瞎扯超烂英语. The Korean version is even more ridiculous than the Chinese one. E.g.
